July started with a lifting of the Covid-19 mask mandate. New cases of covid were falling to the lowest levels seen since early last year. Events were still cancelled so there was no Tigard Festival of Balloons and no 4th of July fireworks, but things started to look up.
Will and Katie arrived along with July and spent a day with us. We took them to Portland Goat Parties for a little bit of fun before they headed off to Bend.

After the Goat Party, we went back to our house for dinner and relaxation.

Then we went to the zoo for the first time in a year and a half. You have to buy tickets for a specific time for crowd control and we were surprised how few people were there.
