We love the fall and this year, instead of doing the same farm excursions we have done in the past, we decided to try some new farms. The first one we thought would be interesting was the Flower Farm because they have a little railroad that travels through the whole farm called the Phoenix & Holly Railroad. We headed down to Canby to ride the train and check it out.
The pumpkin train pulling into the station.
The other P&H train wasn't in service, but we got to see it on the tracks.
Kurt and Jocie as the train pulls away from the station.
At the first stop, the petting zoo!
Kate loved the donkey.
She looks a little hesitant here, but Jocie had fun petting this chicken and chasing it around the coop.
Kate petting the soft bunny.
Kate back in the train and heading out to the next stop.
The Hay Pyramid Maze! It was completely dark inside and really cramped, but both girls kept going back in for more.
We climbed to the top for a picture.
Technically, Jocie is the only one to get to the actual top. Wasn't it a beautiful day??
Jocie smiling with the pumpkins and the farm store in the background.
Waiting at the bottom of the hay pyramid for the train.
